Family Law Section Opens Boutique
Family Law Practice

Congratulations to Consultant, Andrew Barnes and Senior Associates, Della Brinsley and Alison Shaw who will become Barnes, Brinsley Shaw Lawyers – BBS Lawyers - from the 5th January 2009. Also joining the new firm from Wallmans Lawyers is Associate, Elissa Riach and Solicitor, Monique Marin along with a number of Family Law administrative staff.

BBS Lawyers will provide a full range of matrimonial and de facto legal services including; property matters and divorce, children's issues, spousal and child maintenance issues and agreements, pre-nuptial advice and financial agreements and de facto relationship disputes.

Accordingly, from the 5th January 2009, Wallmans Lawyers will no longer offer Family and Defacto Law Services as all current Family law files will be transferred to BBS Lawyers. Wallmans will refer any new Family law matters, where appropriate, to BBS Lawyers in the first instance. Wallmans' Management Team expect no change in the operation and direction of the firm as a result of the movement of the Family Law section.
