Wallmans has extensive experience in transport law.  Partner Ian Maitland, who has specialised in this area for 20 years, is Chairman of the Regulations Committee of the SA Freight Council and a former president of the Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand.  Ian is familiar with regulations applying to all transport providers.
