Elissa joined Wallmans in January 2007 with considerable experience in the area of Family Law. Elissa's practice includes advising clients in relation to property settlements, parenting arrangements and child support. Elissa has a high level of experience in advising clients in the Family Court and District Court, although she makes every effort to assist clients in attempting to resolve the dispute amicably before it reaches that stage.

A major part of Elissa's work involves assisting married clients and domestic partnered clients (formerly known as de facto partners) to negotiate and draw up Binding Financial Agreements and Certified Domestic Partnership Agreements. These Agreements assist clients in providing financial security and certainty in the event of (or following) a relationship breakdown.
