Lina joined Wallmans in 2007 and practises in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution section.

She assists clients with a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including corporate and contractual disputes, insurance, trade practices, defamation and debt recovery actions.

Lina advises and represents a variety of private, small business and commercial clients across a range of industries, and has a keen appreciation of the need to protect their business interests.

With her broad range of previous legal experience in the areas of Insurance, Personal Injury, Contract, Estate and Family Law, Lina seeks to find commercial and practical solutions to litigious disputes in order to minimise costs and optimise results.

Lina is admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia, and regularly represents clients in the Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court and the Federal Court of Australia.

She has degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Adelaide and speaks fluent Russian.
