Matthew joined Wallmans in June 2007 and was admitted to legal practice in June 2008.

Matthew practices in both our Taxation and Superannuation team and in the Business and Commercial team; providing specialist taxation, superannuation and commercial advice to individuals, companies, trusts, estates, superannuation funds, businesses and the corporate sector generally.

Matthew advises in Federal and State taxation matters, including stamp duty, land tax, GST and income tax / capital gains tax. He also prepares applications, objections and appeals to State and Federal taxation and regulatory Government departments and public offer superannuation funds.

In addition, Matthew advises in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial and property transactions, business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, privacy, risk management and commercial regulatory compliance.

Matthew has degrees in Law (with Hons) and Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Adelaide.
