Bill is the firm's Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for overseeing all facets of business service functions including Finance, IT, Business Development and Human Resources. Bill additionally works with the Board and Managing Partner to develop the firm's strategic direction and practice development, ensuring the firm sustains lateral and internal growth and continues to deliver exceptional legal services and increased value to our clients.
Originally practising as a Chartered Accountant, Bill has over 25 years management experience in senior executive roles. Throughout his career, Bill has combined his accounting background with business management acumen, driving sound strategies for organisational management and operation. Prior to joining Wallmans, Bill was the Chief Executive Officer of Anderson Lloyd, the largest legal firm on the South Island of New Zealand, a position he held for over a decade. In addition to his significant professional services experience, Bill has also worked extensively in Healthcare, Aquaculture and Retail, developing and implementing infrastructures and strategies to achieve significant improvements in profits, staff engagement and enhanced client relationships.
Bill has a key focus on efficiency and embracing positive change. Supporting the firm's values driven culture, Bill prides himself on clear strategy direction, sound operational performance, leadership and accountability, resulting in a service difference to our internal and external clients and increased retention and engagement of staff.
Bill is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce from Otago University.

Sharon Pitardi is the Business Relations Manager at Wallmans Lawyers responsible for the firms' business development, marketing, communications, client relationship and sponsorship programs. As a member of the management team, she is also involved in working closely with the Partners of the firm to identify and implement the firms' strategic direction.
Sharon has extensive experience in marketing, event management, communications and PR, business development and sponsorship management, having held previous senior roles in hospitality and tourism, health care, major events, professional services and the not for profit sector.
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science degree, with minors in Marketing.
Glynis Rosser

Glynis joined Wallmans Lawyers in 2009. She is responsible for the firm's human resource functions, including professional staff and administration recruitment, retention, training and development, policy and procedure, and the firm's graduate program.
She has an extensive background in human resources and organisational management, having held positions in the legal, aged care and agribusiness industries. Prior to working exclusively in Human Resources, Glynis held roles in Business Development and Project Management.
Glynis holds a Graduate Certificate in HR, a Bachelor of Arts Degree and certificate qualifications in Workplace Training and Assessment. She is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, the Law Council of Australia Legal Practice Section and is an Executive Committee member of the Australian Legal Practice Managers Association.

Dale leads the firm's information and technology operations, responsible for system and security administration, network administration, document management, service monitoring, storage management and help desk services. He has extensive experience in IT Management within the legal industry, encompassing software development and help desk management, and prior to joining Wallmans Lawyers he worked as an IT Manager for a medium-sized legal practice. Dale leads a team of dedicated IT staff to ensure streamlined IT systems and work flow practices, ensuring a reliable and integrated technology framework for staff and clients.
