David is one of South Australia's most experienced commercial lawyers, dealing with business acquisitions, joint ventures, franchising, partnership disputes, commercial restructuring, and commercial tenancy issues.

He acts for a range of institutions, private businesses (both retail, wholesale, manufacturing and distributing), landlords, hoteliers, wine and grape producers, farmers and property owners, as well as major accounting, architectural, medical, dental, engineering and other professional practices. 

He is heavily involved in the business development plans of his clients, whether it be advising on acquisitions or new trade contracts. 

David also works for a large number of individuals including many prominent South Australian families. He has extensive experience and knowledge in succession planning through to wills and estates, as well as superannuation and capital taxes (particularly capital gains tax and stamp duty).
