Peter has practised in most areas of commercial law during his 30 year career. He now specialises in local government, environment resources and planning law, hospitality and gambling.

Peter advises councils regularly, he appears before council meetings, the Environment Resources and Development Court, the Licensing Authority and the Licensing Court of South Australia.

During his career Peter has been involved in a number of celebrated cases, some of which have involved High Court appearances.

He advises a number of metropolitan Adelaide councils as well as industry organisations and chains of licensed premises.

Peter benefits from a life time involvement in the hospitality industry. As a consequence, he has a very practical understanding and capacity to advise stakeholders.
