Scott is a specialist litigation lawyer for commercial clients. He has over 20 years experience in providing dispute resolution advice, and conducting litigation and mediations in commercial matters for a broad range of clients.  Scott advises clients in relation to claims involving contracts, defamation, trade practices, professional negligence, property transactions, building and construction disputes, and environmental disputes and prosecutions.

Scott also advises key players in the media, manufacturing and wine sectors and he has developed a strong understanding of the operational issues confronting clients in these areas.  He regularly provides advice to clients in these areas on risk and compliance issues.

He also acts for a range of local and state government authorities in both litigious and advisory matters.
