Andrew Fisher joined Wallmans from Minter Ellison's commercial property division in 2004. Since being admitted to practice in 1999, Andrew has specialised in all aspects of commercial property law, including sales and purchases, leasing, land divisions, land management agreements, licenses and permits.

Andrew's broad property experience includes provision of documentation and strategic advice regarding the sale and purchase of multi-tenanted CBD buildings and large shopping centres, including due diligence investigations concerning matters such as lease terms, encroachments, stamp duty and GST.

Andrew has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial leasing and preparing and advising on occupancy licences, permits issued under the Local Government Act, encumbrances and easements.

During his time at Wallmans, Andrew has worked on secondment in the property section of a national infrastructure access provider, managing, negotiating and drafting third party access agreements.
