Della qualified as a lawyer in 1985 and has specialised in family law. She provides legal advice in relation to separation, divorce, children’s issues, spousal and child maintenance and property settlement, as well as pre-nuptial and financial agreements and de facto relationship disputes and agreements.
Della has practised extensively in the Family Court and the Federal Magistrates Court, exercising Family Court jurisdiction in Adelaide as well as in the Supreme Court in Darwin. She has also represented clients in the District Court in Adelaide in relation to de facto relationship property matters.
An experienced practitioner, Della is approachable and applies commonsense with extensive knowledge to achieve the best possible results for her clients. She provides clear advice about the alternatives and consequences of actions, with a view to resolving matters in a timely, efficient and beneficial way. Her expertise enables her to deal with a range of matters, from the most simple and straightforward to the more complex and legally challenging.
