Harry specialises in all aspects of revenue law, superannuation law and commercial transactions.

Over the past couple of years, Harry has developed particular expertise in providing compliance advice to self managed superannuation funds, as well as to public superannuation funds investing in Private Equity entities.

Harry provides specialised tax advice for both public and privately owned companies in relation to consolidation and purchase/sale of businesses, as well as to various charities and not-for-profit organisations.

He has experience in preparing applications for private taxation rulings and for objections to the Australian Taxation Office, as well as appealing Australian Taxation Office decisions and attending to the mediation of tax cases in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Prior to practising Law, Harry practised as a Chartered Accountant for a period of 7 years, primarily consulting on tax and regulatory compliance.
