Megan practices in the areas of medical and insurance litigation.

Megan is an experienced insurance litigation practitioner with expertise in health law, professional indemnity, public liability, recovery actions, risk management and general insurance.

Megan works with health professionals to assist them with the defence of civil and criminal proceedings and advises on professional and disciplinary issues and coronial inquests.

With a solid background in health law, prior to her admission as lawyer, Megan practiced a registered nurse and midwife in tertiary hospitals, aged care and community health.

Active in the health sector, Megan has been an invited speaker at various hospitals in regard to patient records, consent and risk management.

Megan has a Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma in Midwifery and Diploma of Health Science Nursing. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
