Rebecca joined Wallmans in 2008 and specialises in the area of compensation claims including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, Workcover and product liability.
With over 10 years experience, Rebecca is skilled in acting in, and managing injury claims, including preparing and drafting all necessary documentation, assessing liability and evaluating damages, and conducting litigation including the briefing of Counsel. Rebecca has represented clients in the Supreme and District Courts and has also been involved in matters that have proceeded to the High Court of Australia.
Prior to joining Wallmans, Rebecca practiced mainly in litigation, and has worked as a lawyer in London for 5 years, as well as having practiced for a major international law firm. She has published a range of articles dealing with financial services law, as well as undertaken presentations to industry bodies.
Rebecca has degrees in Law and Arts and is admitted in the Supreme Court of South Australia, the High Court of Australia and in the Supreme Court of England and Wales. Remaining active in her industry Rebecca is a committee member of The Australian Lawyers Alliance.
