Susan was a litigation lawyer with the Crown Solicitor’s Office before joining Wallmans in October 2003.

She has extensive courtroom experience, representing clients in areas such as negligence, breaches of contract, breaches of the Trade Practices Act, winding up proceedings against companies, debt collection, building disputes, contested wills and property disputes.

Susan worked on a number of large-scale litigation matters with the Crown Solicitor's Office, including complex banking disputes, and has represented various clients since joining Wallmans. Cases have included litigation involving a major bank, compensation over the sale of an injured racehorse, an injunction preventing the sale of a property obtained by fraud, as well as other property and building disputes.
