Thea is a specialist in all areas of employment law and an experienced litigation lawyer.

Her practice includes risk management, advice and litigation involving state and federal workplace agreements, unfair dismissal and underpayment claims, contractual disputes, judicial review, discrimination claims, industrial disputes and occupational health and safety issues.

She has conducted litigation from commission level to the High Court, but prides herself on the early resolution of disputes before they reach the courtroom stage.

Thea’s industry experience is broad, and covers manufacturing, professional services, education, not-for-profit and local government.
