Amanda joined Wallmans Lawyers in 2008 as a practitioner in the firm's Business and Commercial practice and Property and Infrastructure team.
Involved in advising on general commercial matters, Amanda assists clients with a range of corporate issues, including the purchases and sale of businesses, appropriate business structuring and franchising, commercial contracts, trusts and taxation considerations.
As a key member of the Property and Infrastructure team, Amanda assists with providing advice on leasing, licensing, contract interpretation and preparation, and due diligence investigations.
The firm's Property division has developed a significant practice in the Retirement Village and Aged Care industry, advising State based and National retirement village operators, developers and providers. Amanda assists with the provision of advice to this industry, including; the acquisition and disposal of facilities, joint venture development, drafting resident, management and service agreements and regulatory advice.
Originally from Sweden, Amanda has experience with European Union law and International Law. She speaks Swedish, German and Italian.
