Fraser joined the firm's leading Injury section in 2011.
Fraser assists in providing advice on compensation claims arising out of motor vehicle accidents, work accidents (including Workcover issues), product use and accidents arising out of occupancy on private and public land. Additionally, Fraser assists in acting for clients with major catastrophic claims.
Fraser regularly represents clients in the Magistrates and District Courts as well as the Workers Compensation Tribunal, and prides himself on his awareness of the need to minimise cost and delay for all injured claimants.
Fraser has a Bachelor of Laws from Flinders University. He worked at Wallmans Lawyers as a Clerk before his admission and has also spent time working on a pro bono basis for the Roma Mitchell Community Legal Centre.
