Kelly joined the firm's leading Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in 2008.

Kelly assists in providing specialist commercial dispute resolution advice to a range of businesses and private clients. Her areas of practice include building and construction, contracts, defamation, trade practices, local government, debt recovery, insurance, product and professional liability, and insolvency.

She is admitted in the Supreme Court of Australia and represents clients in the Magistrates Court, District Court and the Federal Court of Australia.

With degrees in Law and Economics, Kelly has a solid comprehension of commercial feasibility and the need to resolve disputes in a timely and cost effective manner. She has experience with a range of alternative dispute resolution practices as well as court procedures.

Prior to starting at Wallmans Lawyers, Kelly undertook several law clerk positions with a number of prominent specialised litigation practices in South Australia.
