Matthew practices in both our Taxation and Superannuation team and in the Business and Commercial team, assisting with the provision of specialist advice to businesses and the corporate sector.

Matthew assists in providing taxation advice to commercial clients, including the preparation of applications and appeals to State and Federal taxation and regulatory Government departments. Matthew has experience in Federal and State taxation matters, including stamp duty, land tax, GST and capital gains tax.

As a member of the Superannuation team, Matthew assists with the preparation of advice to trustees of Superannuation Funds.

Matthew is also involved in advising in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including contractual and commercial agreements, business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, risk management, property transactions and commercial regulatory compliance.

Matthew has degrees in Law and Commerce from Adelaide University.
