Michael joined Wallmans Lawyers in 2010 as a generalist practitioner assisting in the firm's Commercial, Property, Taxation and Estate Planning divisions.

Involved in advising on general commercial and corporate matters, Michael advises on the purchases and sale of businesses, business structuring and franchising, drafting of constitutions and incorporation documents, intellectual property, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, the establishments of trusts and general taxation considerations.

As a member of the Property and Infrastructure team Michael also assists clients with leasing advice, licensing advice, contract interpretation and preparation and due diligence investigations.

Michael's practice also involves the drafting of wills, powers of attorney and guardianship, as well as the provision of advice regarding the administration of deceased estates.

Michael has joint degrees in Law and Commerce from Adelaide University and prior to joining Wallmans Lawyers worked as an internal management accountant for a regional hotel.
