Sam joined Wallmans Lawyers in 2008, and specialises in the areas of Hospitality and Licensing, and Planning and Environment.

Sam advises on a range of issues affecting the hospitality industry, including liquor licensing, gaming law and regulations, entertainment consent, smoking regulations and undertakes applications to the Licensing Authority.

In the firm's significant Planning and Environment practice, Sam advises on planning applications and planning appeals for residential and commercial development, Development Plans and planning policy, and legal compliance advice.

Sam is fluent in Cantonese and has prior legal experience in the areas of commercial, property and debt recovery law.
