As a specialist practitioner in the firm's Local Government Team, Victoria advises councils on both planning and environment issues, and on issues relevant to local government practices and procedures generally.

 Additionally, Victoria provides advice on risk management, governance and policy issues, regulatory and compliance issues. 

 Victoria also has significant expertise in advising on a range of planning, environment and resource management issues, such as waste, landfill, native vegetation protection, pollution liability and water resources. She represents councils in appeals, enforcement proceedings and prosecutions, pursuant to the Development Act 1993. 

 Victoria delivers presentations on planning and governance issues and is an active committee member of the National Environmental Law Association. 

 Victoria's industry experience is broad.  Prior to joining Wallmans Lawyers in 2008 she practiced in a specialist development and environment legal firm.  She has also worked as a Judicial Associate in the Environment, Resources and Development Court.

 She holds an honours degree in Laws and Legal Practice, a Bachelor of Arts, and is fluent in Mandarin.
