Mark Sallis was a law firm partner and then consultant to several law firms before joining Wallmans in 2006 as special counsel.

Since being admitted to practice in 1981, Mark has specialised in commercial law with an initial focus on tax, subsequently company law (mergers and acquisitions), and then banking and finance law.

Today his experience covers property leasing and sales, company law, private trusts, managed investment schemes, franchises, intellectual property, debt financing, sales of businesses and general contract law.

Mark has particular expertise in contract preparation and review and is one of South Australia's premier specialists in all matters relating to contracts, agreements and tenders.
